Life as a young person is not always as light and pleasant as TV  show us. Being a young person means a constant search for a career, community, identity and a partner. Being young can be especially difficult if you belong to an ethnic group with certain difficulties, like the natives in Canada. The native youth makes up about one-sixth of the total indigenous population.As part of Canada’s indigenous ethnic group, you sometimes feel a responsibility to preserve your heritage but also step forward into modernity. Are you gonna stay and live in the reserve? And what about the native language of your tribe, which is becoming increasingly rare? Of course, being a young native is something to be proud of.
